Brasil Tax GmbH is an independent administrative and tax-support provider. It is not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by Receita Federal, gov.br, the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any Brazilian consulate.

The service covers route and consular-jurisdiction assessment, a tailored document checklist, assistance preparing the FCPF information, review of supporting documents, guidance on e-Consular and appointment preparation, written next steps and follow-up guidance after the official submission.

We cannot guarantee that a CPF will be issued, that an appointment will be available, that documents will be accepted or how long the official process will take.

The competent Brazilian authorities set the requirements, may request further documents, control appointment availability, decide the application and issue the CPF.

The official CPF registration itself is generally free. Our fee covers independent preparation, review and process guidance only, and never a government charge.

No payment is taken through this website. After we review your enquiry, we confirm the scope and a quotation. Work begins only once the scope is agreed.

Apostilles, sworn translations, notarization, courier services and any third-party or consular costs are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information and for attending in person where the responsible authority requires it. We cannot replace the applicant for identity verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the assistance provided. This wording is placeholder text subject to legal review.
